Some things aren’t planned.
They emerge.
This book was never supposed to exist.
There was no publishing roadmap.
There was many “one day I’ll write a book” moments, but never this specific one.
What existed instead were conversations. Real ones.
Fifteen or so weekly sessions with a mentee. Pages of handwritten notes. Raw questions. Half-formed thoughts. Moments of friction. Moments of relief. Moments where something clicked.
At first, that was enough.
But she kept saying something that stuck with me:
“These moments shouldn’t disappear once the call ends.”
I resisted.
It wasn’t because I didn’t believe her, it was more that I knew what it meant.
Writing things down makes them permanent.
Publishing them makes you accountable.
And accountability is uncomfortable when what you’re sharing isn’t theory, but lived experience.
Eventually, I listened.
So I took the rest of the year and did something I didn’t plan on doing.
I turned notes my mentee was taking into chapters.
Conversations into structure.
Fragments into something that resembled a book.
I say “resembled” intentionally.
Because what was published, or maybe you are about to read, is not a polished manifesto. It’s something else entirely.
This Is Not a Book of Answers
What you’ll read in this book isn’t clean theory.
It’s not a step-by-step framework.
It’s not designed to impress.
It’s lived experience.
Sometimes orderly. Sometimes chaotic. Sometimes contradictory.
Just like building a business. Just like becoming someone new.
Some chapters collide. Some ideas repeat themselves. Some pages feel out of sequence.
That’s not a mistake. It’s a reflection of reality.
Entrepreneurial journeys aren’t linear. Personal growth isn’t linear. Purpose doesn’t reveal itself in straight lines.
You don’t grow in chapters. You grow in moments.
Moments of doubt. Moments of clarity. Moments where something breaks and something else takes its place.
This book honors that.
How This Book Is Meant to Be Read
Don’t read it from start to finish. I mean that.
Open it where it pulls you. Let the pages find you instead of the other way around.
Take what you need. Leave the rest.
Come back to it when you’re stuck. Or when you’re tired. Or when success feels emptier than you expected it to.
If even one page gives you clarity…
If one paragraph gives you courage…
If one idea helps you reconnect with why you started…
Then this imperfect book has already done its job.
That was the only goal.
Who This Was Written For
This was written for founders.
Not the loud ones. Not the ones chasing trends. Not the ones pretending they have it all figured out.
But the ones quietly questioning:
“Is this really it?”
“Why does success feel heavier than I expected?”
“What am I building… and why?”
The founders who sense there’s more, but can’t quite name it yet.
The ones who feel the tension between growth and meaning.
The ones navigating uncertainty, responsibility, and identity all at once.
If that’s you, then this book was written for you.
Why I Almost Didn’t Share It
There’s a part of me that believes some things should remain private.
Some insights feel sacred.
Some realizations are born in silence, not meant for mass consumption.
But there’s another part of me, shaped by years of coaching, mentoring, and building, that knows something else to be true:
When something helps one person deeply, it usually helps many quietly.
This book exists because someone insisted that clarity shouldn’t disappear once a conversation ends.
And because I finally accepted that sometimes, sharing is an act of responsibility.
This Is Only the Beginning
Throughout next year, I’ll be sharing the entire process behind this book.
Not the polished highlights, but the real process.
Why I chose to publish it. What I got wrong. What surprised me. What worked. What didn’t.
Writing. Editing. Publishing. Marketing. Letting go.
All of it!
Because if this book came from conversations, then what comes next will come from community.
And 2026?
2026 is going to be interesting.
Not because of the book. But because of the conversations it will start.

No pressure. No expectations.
Just open it where it pulls you, and see what shows up.
You can also follow me here, where I’ll be sharing reflections, lessons, mistakes, and insights from the journey of writing, publishing, and building with purpose.
If this year taught us anything, it’s that clarity matters. Purpose matters.
And imperfect action beats perfect hesitation every time.
I hope 2026 brings you direction.
I hope it brings you courage.
And most of all, I hope it brings you moments that change how you see yourself.
Happy New Year!
If you’ve had a chance to read any of it and feel inclined, an honest review on Amazon (short and genuine) would really help other readers find it.
